It is that time again... back to school. As much as I try to be positive, I have to be honest, I dislike school with a passion. I think it is because of the crazy amount of stress it brings to my life. Nursing school requires so much time.
My goal this semester is so some how manage my stress better (other than just taking it out on my family and boyfriend... oopps). I was thinking of trying "hot yoga" because of the awesome things I have heard about it. Who knows? The problem with yoga is that it cost mucho dinero which I do not have. I was also thinking of getting a meditation books/cd from the library. FREE!
